Meet The Pierce Team

Owner/Broker

Diane Tenison began with Pierce Property Management in 1985 and became the owner and designated broker in 2003.  She oversees the management and sales of properties as well as the office operations.  As a member of NARPM (National Association of Property Managers) since 2003, Diane is currently the president of the local Central AZ chapter.

Office Manager

Cindy Thomas joined the Pierce team in 2001, Cindy oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, the processing of applications as well as overseeing the trust account reports. Cindy also has acquired her real estate license and as a NARPM member, she is currently the secretary for the Central AZ chapter.

Property Managers/Agents

Property managers oversee all aspects of the properties in their portfolio. They oversee maintenance, conduct move-in, move-outs and other inspections, as well as communicating with the owners and the tenants.  Property managers also are licensed real estate agents and can assist with buyers and sellers needs.

Gina Kowacz is an active member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers).   She currently holds the vice-president/president-elect position of our local Central AZ chapter and is active in the community, serving as ambassador with the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Holly Houston is also a NARPM member, and brings several years' experience to our management team in property management as well real estate transactions.

Sales Team

Sheri Winter is also an associate broker with over 20 years experience in the real estate and property management industry. 

Lisa Hugus also has over 20 years as an active licensed real estate agent and has been a property manager for 4 years with the Pierce team.

Support Team

Amanda Overmyer is the team's property manager assistant.  A vital member of our team, she has been with the Pierce Property Management for over a decade.  She assists with maintenance follow-up, processing applications and assisting property managers with a multitude of duties.

Jolane Summers is an experienced bookkeeper and receipts in rents, pays vendor bills, processes owner direct deposits and checks as well as sales tax reports and collection accounts.

Kim Holmstrom is our front desk receptionist. Recently acquiring her AZ real estate license, she answers phones and email inquiries. Kim welcome clients and assist them in finding suitable rentals that fits their needs as well as a variety of other duties.

Joann Borger is a part-time administrative assistant helping with a variety of duties, including data entry and assisting as needed.
